As Atlan grows rapidly, this role will help us build high-performing engineering teams that will work on our most important problems. You will literally have one of the most high-impact roles in our company!
As a Talent Partner at Atlan, you’ll be at the helm of our company’s most critical effort — working with leaders in building strategy to attract and hire great talent.

You will help us...

Hire amazing people for our engineering teams by working closely with the leadership.
Experiment with creative approaches to finding the best talent.
Develop marketing plans that complement our inbound pipeline and outbound efforts by working closely with our marketers.
Interview and hire great candidates in collaboration with the internal teams.
Help create interview and recruitment processes for the roles you own.
Create and manage effective partner networks, including external recruiters and agencies
Build strong relationships with team members to encourage high-quality referrals and help run our internal and external referral programs.
Nurture and engage top talent for future hiring needs.

What makes us a great match? 😍

You have 8+ years of recruiting experience.
You have experience partnering with engineering leaders to help them build high-performing teams from scratch.
You are fluent with data or tech. You must articulate our vision, explain our products, and understand our work deeply.
You have impeccable communication (written and verbal) skills. You should be able to jump onto a phone conversation with anyone and excite them about opportunities at Atlan!
You have previously worked at a hyper-growth startup and have expertise in global hiring.

As part of the Business Team, you play a pivotal role. You are the voice of our users and inform all the important decisions we make. You will work closely with our users and prospects to understand their pain points and feed this information into our product roadmap.

Not only have I been able to understand how the Product Team approaches creating a product, but I’ve also been able to share our customers’ feedback with the team, which directly influences product development. Here, your input can shape everything from the name of a product to the features it needs to have!
