## What the demo walks through

1. Begin by navigating to your assets
2. Open the asset profile to add an alias from the asset profile... ...or add an alias from the asset sidebar. In this example, we'll add an alias from the sidebar
3. Add an alias to your asset
4. Enter an alias for your asset...
5. ... or, if Atlan AI is enabled, select an Atlan AI suggestion
6. (Optional) Regenerate Atlan AI suggestions
7. (Optional) Compare different sets of suggestions
8. In this example, we'll select an Atlan AI suggestion for an alias
9. Save your selection
10. (Optional) Hover the asset name to view both the technical name and alias
11. (Optional) View alias activity by user and timestamp of update
12. (Optional) Filter assets by alias
13. You can filter assets by either title — technical name or alias
