Enhance your asset context! Experience a hands-on demo to effortlessly add custom metadata and view it directly on your overview.

## What the demo walks through

1. Open the custom metadata tab in the sidebar
2. Start editing the properties on this asset
3. Fill in the properties you want to (you can leave them blank as well) — different kinds of properties have different data entry assistance Then update the asset
4. If any of the properties had the **Show in overview** option enabled, you'll also see them in the overview for this asset
5. In our example, only the **License** property of **IPR** is shown in the overview
