## What the demo walks through

1. Begin by navigating to the governance center
2. Create and manage forms from here
3. Create a new form
4. Enter a name and description for your form
5. Configure the input fields for your form
6. Select the type of value you expect users to use for this field
7. In this example, we'll use the text type
8. Enter a name that describes the purpose of the input field
9. Enter a description for the input field
10. Add instructions to help users complete the field
11. (Optional) Mark the field as required to prevent form submission if the field is empty
12. Add more fields to build your form
13. (Optional) Reorder a field, delete it, or create a duplicate version to further customize your form
14. Once completed, preview a draft version of the form before publishing it
15. Close the window to return to editing your form
16. You can either save your form to continue working on it or publish if ready
17. In this example, we'll publish the form
