Reviewing Playbook Results

[00:00] Once a playbook has completed the overview page of the playbook updates. The overview page of a playbook can be accessed at any time by clicking on the governance icon on the left hand, navigation clicking on playbooks, and then clicking on the playbook name. The page updates to show the overview page of the playbook. At the top, the summaries displayed showing the total number of rules and actions in the playbook, along with a running total of all the assets updated by the playbook for all time. On the top. Right. A listing of all the rules show along with a hyperlink to the current number of assets that would be updated by the role, if it were run right then. Clicking on the asset number, hyperlink opens the sidebar to display all currently applicable assets for the rule below. These is the playbook activity. The last five runs for the playbook show in the run activity with a visual display of the status of those runs.

Green represents success, yellow representing that the playbook is currently running in red [01:00] designated. If the run had an error. Clicking on any of these opens the workflow page to display the details of that specific run. The asset updates from the last run are to the right. Here, the total number of distinct assets updated in the last run is listed along with the total number of specific metadata updates, such as descriptions or tax. The assets updated over time is on the bottom left. This displays, the total unique assets that have been updated each day in a line graph. To the right, the metadata updates over time shows a line graph of the number of metadata updates over time with each line showing the different types of metadata that were updated at the top of the page,

If the emoji or name needs updating, clicking on the edit hyperlink to the right of the name, allow us for this.

The playbook can run immediately by clicking on the run now button at the top. Right next, the schedule associated with the playbook can either be added if there isn't one by clicking on the ad schedule [02:00] button, or if it does exist, clicking on the edit icon allows for updating the schedule or removing it completely. Clicking on the rules tab allows for the editing of the playbook rules, where additional rules can be created or removed along with updating the filters and actions of existing roles. When any changes are made the update button on the bottom, right.

Must be clicked to apply those changes. Finally, to remove a playbook hovering over the three dots, gives the option to delete it along with removing the schedule. If one is currently associated with that playbook.
