Explore Atlan's lineage graph in this hands-on demo! Understand data flow, personalize views, and interact with side tabs.

## What the demo walks through

1. Begin by navigating to your assets
2. (Optional) Expand the properties menu and filter for assets with lineage
3. Select an asset with lineage and then click the lineage icon to open the lineage graph
4. The home icon indicates the base asset
5. Hover over any asset to view a metadata popover for more context on the asset
6. (Optional) View impacted assets (Optional) Download lineage report
7. Expand to view column-level lineage
8. Use the search bar to search for specific columns
9. Sort column assets by your preferred sorting option
10. Hover over a column asset to view impact or download lineage report
11. Select a column asset... ...and view column-level lineage in the sidebar
12. Customize your lineage view in the sidebar
13. Return to the base asset and open the columns tab from the sidebar
14. View only columns with lineage
15. Click the play button to view column-level lineage
16. The lineage graph will focus on the column for which you're viewing lineage
17. Let's collapse the sidebar to only focus on the lineage graph
18. Expand upstream for root cause analysis
19. For impact analysis, you would start from one of the upstream assets...
20. Expand downstream to see impacted assets
21. View all downstream assets
22. Expand all to view assets further downstream
23. View details about a lineage process in the sidebar
24. Close the sidebar to refocus on the lineage graph
25. Search for specific assets in the lineage graph
26. View impacted assets or download lineage from here
27. In this example, we'll view impacted assets
28. Close the window to return to the lineage graph
