## About this template

A checklist to help customer teams plan, run, and follow up on Atlan demos, from pre-planning to post-demo communication.

### Pre-planning

Scheduling, understanding the audience, choosing the demo environment (Atlan instance vs. customer instance), preparing participants, and sending pre-demo communications so attendees can log in and complete pre-work.

### Constructing the demo

- Scenarios tailored to the audience: onboarding a new data team member, assessing the impact of schema changes, building dashboards, giving business users more context.
- Finalize demo assets with rich metadata: owners, descriptions, lineage, custom metadata, ReadMes.
- A run-of-show: introductions, interactive scenarios, feature walk-throughs, Q&A, and a feedback survey.

### Running the demo

Record the session, walk through prepared scenarios, show collaboration tools (Slack, Jira, GitHub, extensions), and add optional features like Atlan AI, Glossary Insights, or the Reporting Center if time allows.

### Post-demo

Follow-up emails with summaries, Q&A highlights, survey links, and additional learning materials.

### Appendix (pages 4-5)

Detail on showing specific features such as asset profiles, glossary navigation, and lineage exploration, with tips and step-by-step navigation guidance.
