2. **Repeatability**: do clear processes or frameworks exist? Can the work be maintained? Could others replicate it?
3. **Delivered value**: can colleagues find and use the output? Can the value be measured and demonstrated?

Outcome:

- Ad-hoc, one-off, or difficult-to-repeat outputs are a **solution**.
- Outputs that show reusability, repeatability, and measurable value are a **product**.

The chart also gives a roadmap for evolving solutions into sustainable products by embedding repeatable processes, documentation, and measurable impact.
