Your mission at Atlan 🌟
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer business needs, and translate them into actionable insights for the engineering team.
- Build an understanding of the data ecosystem to find new opportunities for Collect to scale.
- Use product insights and enable our team to make effective day-to-day decisions.
- Understand and prioritize features for a variety of client personas, from first-time mobile users, to field data collectors, and program managers of Fortune 500 companies.
- Identify issues, roadblocks, and opportunities by speaking regularly with users.
- Understand user flows, take feedback from customers, conduct market research and align all these with the product roadmap.
What makes you a match for us? 😍
- 1-2 years of experience working with engineering or product teams in a startup environment.
- Empathy for our users, openness to feedback, and a passion for building great global products.
- Strong understanding of design, user experience, growth, and hands-on experience in solving engineering problems. (You should have some coding experience.)
- Eagerness to learn new things, solve complex problems, and most importantly, build by keeping user needs at the core of everything.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and listening skills.
- Passion for staying up-to-date on the latest trends, tools, and growth hacks in product. (You should follow the best makers on Product Hunt and spend your free time reading SaaS Weekly.)
- Experience with data analytics and statistical tools such as R or Python.
- Good understanding of SaaS products and businesses.
