Roll out your AI-ready data to your humans and your AI.

After Context Agents, put that context in front of your real users, humans and AI, through Conversational AI, MCP and more, in two weeks.

Why this exists

Enrichment is done. Getting people to use it is a different job.

Your data is AI-ready. Getting your organization to use it takes a different skill: who to target, how to announce, where to put it.

Rollout is an org skill

Rollout is an org skill

Knowing who gets what, when, and through which tool takes planning most teams have never had a reason to build.

Conversational AI and MCP are the routes in

Conversational AI and MCP are the routes in

The goal is your teams using the context you built in Atlan for them. Whether that happens in chat or inside tools they already open depends on where they work.

Rollout happens inside the two weeks

Rollout happens inside the two weeks

Four working sessions across two weeks. You finish with real users active, not a plan to do it next quarter.

The sessions

You'll leave having rolled it out

Route

Read your own org

Map your populations, the tools they live in, and the route each gets. Homework: build the user list with IT and declare your target number.

Announce

Announce it well

What to say, to whom, in what order. An org-wide announcement plus segment notes with prompt packs. Homework: send all three.

Embed

Meet users where they are

Enable Atlan inside a tool your users already have open: Cursor, an IDE, Slack, Copilot or Glean. Homework: enable one channel.

Prove

Read the data

Who is active, what they ask, whether answers hold up, and which segment you have not reached. Homework: publish one internal success story.

What makes these sessions different

• These are working sessions, not a webinar.
• Direct access to Atlan subject matter experts and the team building this.
• You work alongside peers and leaders in the same position, roll out to real users, and leave with skills you reuse for every rollout after this.

The deal

A two-way commitment, agreed before day one

Nothing here forces you to finish. So we agree the trade up front, at leadership level, and hold each other to it.

What you get

Atlan commits to

  • Four working sessions run live by our team, not pre-recorded
  • A readiness assessment showing exactly where your account stands going in
  • Customized rollout collateral that's yours to keep
  • Support from the Atlan team throughout the accelerator
  • A weekly usage report with customized recommendations
  • Four weeks of extended adoption support after the accelerator, with best-practice nudges sent to your end users
  • A before and after readout built for your leadership, not just your team
No credits and no additional spend required to take part
What we ask

You commit to

  • A named rollout owner at all four sessions
  • A target user list, built with IT before session one
  • A declared target number you are accountable to
  • Sending your org-wide and segment announcements on schedule
  • Enabling Atlan in one tool your users already work in
  • Rolling out inside the two weeks, not drafting a plan to do it later
  • One published internal success story, warts included
  • Responding to your weekly usage report through week six, and keeping your own leadership posted
All of it agreed at leadership level before the cohort opens
Eligibility

Built for teams who finished a Context Agents cohort

Four things need to be true before you start. The readiness assessment checks them and tells you plainly.

You completed a Context Agents cohort

Your priority assets are already enriched. This program is about getting that context in front of real users.

You have enriched assets worth rolling out

Every user gets this as the fallback, whatever tools their team lives in, so it needs to be on before we start.

FAQ

The practical stuff

Yes. This program picks up exactly where that one leaves off. Your priority assets need to already be enriched, so the two weeks here go on rollout rather than on building context from scratch.

No. Conversational AI is the fallback every user gets. MCP matters for the populations that already live in tools like Cursor, an IDE, Slack, Copilot or Glean. If your team does not have MCP-capable tooling yet, a Conversational AI rollout is the right outcome, not a lesser one.

Plan on your rollout owner attending all four working sessions, plus the homework between them: building a user list, sending comms, enabling one tool, and pulling your own usage data. This is a working program, not a webinar series.

The accelerator itself is two weeks. After that we run four more weeks of extended adoption support: the same weekly usage report keeps coming to you and your team, and we send best-practice nudges to your end users. You commit to responding to those reports, so by the end we have six weeks of signal instead of a two-week spike, plus a before and after readout built for your leadership.

No credits or additional spend are required to take part. What we ask for instead is time, a named owner, and follow-through on the commitments above.

Yes. We ask for one named rollout owner accountable for the two weeks, and IT partners, segment leads, or anyone helping execute are welcome in the working sessions.

That is a legitimate outcome as long as we can name why. Part of what this cohort is building is an honest read on what actually blocks end-user rollout, and a flat result on one route is real information rather than a miss on your part.

No. If ConvAI or MCP is blocked in your tenant, that is a prerequisite rather than something this cohort resolves, and the Conversational AI rollout owns those blockers. Close it, then take a place in the next cohort.

We would rather you did not. Rolling out to end users on top of a live migration puts your users on shifting ground. Finish the migration first and we will hold a place.

That is what a Context Agents Accelerator cohort is for, and why enrichment is a prerequisite here rather than part of the program. If the readiness assessment finds gaps, you get a short list of what to close and a place held for the next cohort.
