  • We’re now looking to hire a revenue retention and expansion focussed leader who can help grow our footprint within these marquee accounts.
  • This role is going to have a huge impact on company-wide growth and success.

Your mission at Atlan 🌟

  • The face of Atlan: You will be the face of engagements with Atlan customers as a leader of this newly formed strategic accounts team. You will work closely with Customer Success, Happiness, Product and Engineering to ensure continued customer adoption and success.
  • Leading from the front: You will be the executive sponsor with our most important customers as well as problem solving within any risk accounts. Being able to identify the strategic priorities of Fortune 500 customers with the expertise to find new opportunities to drive growth and efficiency
  • Customer evangelism: At Atlan, we believe that our customers are the biggest heroes. You will play the role of evangelising our customers and their journeys to the broader data community.

What makes you a match for us? 😍

  • Prior exposure to building / growing a strategic accounts team.
  • Experience driving revenue growth by developing and implementing strategic account plans.
  • Strong handle on the financial fundamentals of running a post sales organization, with demonstrated responsibility for understanding and owning NRR targets, adoption, growth, customer lifetime value and the implication of churn.
  • Technical selling experience in the data space; can lead and coach a team of strategic account managers and also take the lead on the biggest, most complex organisational structures.
  • Executive presence and gravitas; can carry the room with executive leadership at large companies.
