Why is this role important?

The best products win games. The companies that win the narrative, and capture the hearts and minds of their target audience, win the championship.
You will be part of a team that is on a mission to win the narrative in the next 3 years.
As a communication designer, you will play a role in defining and scaling all external communication that enables Atlan in that mission.

What will you do?

Conceptualize visual designs and brand assets that truly stand out from the “noise
”Develop illustrations, logo extensions and other designs using software or by hand
Design collaterals for multiple digital channels like website, email, social media, advertisements, and offline channels like in-person events.
Collaborate with the team to discuss feedback and improve your work to deliver the best results
Ensure that the final graphics and layouts are in line with the company brand guidelines

What makes you a great match for us?

You are excited about the startup ecosystem and love to design to inspire.
You have 0-3 years of experience as a communication designer or illustrator, preferably for B2B/enterprise startups.
You have expertise in using industry-standard software and collaborative design tools like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Figma.
You have a strong portfolio of illustrations and graphic design with a keen eye for aesthetics and detail.
You have excellent verbal and written communication and collaboration skills.
A BFA or related degree is an advantage.
