Why the data catalog sits at the center of data governance

I think it fits with what Swamy was presenting earlier, like what are the, the main elements and what's important into the whole ecosystem, into the whole mind map of data governance. And I wanted to show this one. It's a bit complex, but if anybody has question, I can specifically go into it. But it's about the data catalog being at the center, or data discovery, and smart data cataloging of the data and metadata, which also leads to active metadata. How is that important in the context of creating an agile model for data as a product, as a final output of the data governance program, right?

0:36 So you have the data producers, and you have the data consumers, and on the data consumer side, you see an increase in a high demand for the stewardship persona, but also for specific business-related personas that need specific type of functionalities and workflows within the data governance process, right? So this is a bit of the, the overall environment, and we can talk about it in the conversation on how can we make that more agile, and how do we tweak, and how do we grow our data governance program to actually support the kind of business persona that is now very active in the governance organizations.
