Parental Leave
03Whether through birth, adoption, or surrogacy, Atlan's parental leave policy applies in Canada, layered on top of federal Employment Insurance (EI) and provincial entitlements.
- Birthing parents: minimum 16 weeks at 100% of base salary.
- Non-birthing parents: minimum 4 weeks at 100% of base salary.
- Where EI or provincial benefits apply, those pay first and Atlan tops up to 100% of base salary.
Retirement
04CPP (or QPP in Quebec) contributions apply through payroll per Canadian statute.
