Covered from Day 1, no medical underwriting
Private medical cover alongside the NHS. Existing conditions don't keep you out of the plan, and no excess applies.
Hospital and outpatient care
Paid in full
Inpatient and day-patient treatment, plus outpatient consultations, diagnostics, and specialists.
Therapies and digital GP
Physiotherapy and complementary therapies, plus digital GP services through the Bupa app.
Mental health
Up to 45 days inpatient cover
Inpatient mental health support through Bupa.
Bupa Dental Level 4
Atlan-paid
Routine exams, x-rays, fillings, extractions, and restorative work like crowns and bridges. Worldwide emergency dental included.

4× annual salary, paid as a lump sum
A one-off, tax-free payment to the people you nominate. Atlan pays the premium, no medical questions for standard cover.
Income protection
75% of salary if you can't work long-term
Replaces 75% of your salary if a long illness or injury keeps you out of work. Atlan pays the premium.

Atlan's main time-off pool
No fixed cap. Coordinate with your manager and team and take the time you need.
Public holidays and Regional Observance Days
8 UK bank holidays + 2 RO days
The 8 bank holidays are paid days off automatically, plus 2 Regional Observance Days you choose.
Bereavement and sick leave
Paid bereavement leave for the loss of immediate family, and Statutory Sick Pay per UK rules.
Regional Observance Days
Paid days off you choose for a cultural, religious, or regional occasion that matters to you, beyond your Flex PTO and company closures.
Parental Leave
04Whether through birth, adoption, or surrogacy, Atlan's parental leave policy applies in the UK on top of statutory entitlements.
- Birthing parents: minimum 16 weeks at 100% of base salary.
- Non-birthing parents: minimum 4 weeks at 100% of base salary.
- Where statutory pay applies, it pays first and Atlan tops up to 100% of base salary. If UK statutory entitlements are more generous, they apply.
