What Makes You a Fit:

  • Proven Experience: Background in Customer Success Management (CSM) with a focus on data governance, data quality, or related fields (e.g., data lineage, data security, data privacy).
  • Passionate Believer: You champion customer success and believe in the power of data collaboration.
  • Technical Savvy: Strong understanding of data management principles and technologies.
  • Relationship Builder: You build trust and rapport easily, becoming a trusted advisor to your customers.
