We are seeking an experienced Staff Engineer with expertise in frontend development, particularly in Vue.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript. This role involves leading the technical aspects of our frontend architecture, with a focus on designing and implementing solutions for complex web applications. The ideal candidate will bring strong design thinking principles to ensure user-centric interfaces for intricate workflows and functionalities. Additionally, your role will involve frontend centric projects to provide a scalable and seamless experience for users.

What will you do? 🤔

Conduct thorough code reviews, ensuring adherence to coding standards, best practices, and a high level of code quality. Mentor team members to foster continuous improvement.
Spot and run tech debts in the product as special projects for scale. Lead the resolution of technical challenges, ensuring the stability, performance, and reliability of complex web applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including backend engineers and product managers, to integrate frontend components seamlessly into complex web applications.
Apply design thinking principles to create intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for complex web applications. Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers to ensure a seamless user experience.
Drive accessibility and internationalization (i18n) practices to ensure our applications are accessible and user-friendly across different languages and regions.
Provide mentorship and technical guidance to the frontend engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Drive innovation in frontend technologies, tools, and methodologies to enhance the overall development process.

What makes you a match for us? 😍

At least 10+ years of experience.
Proven experience as a Senior or Lead Frontend Engineer, with expertise in React, Vue.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
Demonstrated experience in applying design thinking principles to create user-centric interfaces, particularly for complex web applications.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Familiarity with unit testing, accessibility, internationalization (i18n) practices and implementation.
Portfolio showcasing successful projects and contributions to frontend architecture.
Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest frontend technologies, design trends, and industry best practices.
