  • Driving Partner Revenue Growth: This role is pivotal in managing and expanding our ecosystem partnerships, ultimately fueling revenue growth through partner channels.
  • Streamlining Partner Management: Everyday management of partner programs and portals, fostering relationships through "win wires" and sharing success stories to strengthen partnerships.
  • Boosting Pipeline Generation: Utilizing Crossbeam intelligence and proactive outreach to Partner Sales Representatives, ensuring a steady flow of opportunities.
  • Accelerating Revenue: Tracking and optimizing sales outreach efforts to partners, directly contributing to revenue growth.
  • Measuring Partner Influence: Monitoring and quantifying the impact our partners have on revenue and the overall sales pipeline.

  • Monitor and Evaluate Performance: Track performance of partnerships, analyzing metrics, and KPIs to ensure that each partnership is delivering its expected value.
  • Stay Informed: Data ecosystem knowledge (players, dynamics, industry trends) is a competitive edge in this role!

What makes you a great match for us? 😍

  • Experience: Proven experience in Partner Sales, Partner Growth, Partner Development, Business Development (BDR), Sales Development (SDR), or as an Account Executive (AE), with a strong understanding of the modern data stack ecosystem and its technologies.
  • Expertise: Familiarity with sales and CRM tools, such as Salesforce and Hubspot, is a plus.
  • Communication Skills: Your strong communication and negotiation skills are essential for building and maintaining strong partnerships.
  • Analytical Mindset: Proficiency in data analysis and reporting will enable you to make informed decisions and maximize results.
  • Passion for Growth: Your passion for driving growth through partnerships and your ability to contribute to our dynamic and collaborative work environment make you an ideal fit for the role.
