What will you do? 🤔

Be responsible for debugging and configuration of the network firewalls, endpoint devices(macOS), JumpCloud, and various SaaS tools.
Operate in an independent work environment, taking the initiative and having the confidence to tackle complex problems without regular management oversight.
Use industry knowledge and experience to continuously assess the environment and drive improvements using the latest technology.
Coordinate with multiple teams to resolve IT service-related problems, Implement the new process as per requirements, etc.
Be responsible for managing and maintaining the IAM for end-user of various tools and services like GitHub, Slack, JumpCloud, AWS/GCP, Azure, etc.
Works with Cross-Functional Team Leads to prepare monthly and quarterly procurement plans, Cost reporting, etc.

What makes you a match for us? 😍

Hands-on technical experience in systems integration with JumpCloud LDAP, identity and access management (IAM) solutions (such as JumpCloud, MDM, and SSO integration).
Hands-on technical experience in identity and access management(IAM) of various SaaS applications like GitHub, Slack, G-Suite, G-Drive, Slack, Zoom, Notion, Linear, etc.
Hands-on experience with Palo Alto Firewall hosted on AWS cloud along with AWS networking, VPC, Transit Getaway, Routing Protocols, troubleshooting, and problem resolution.
Hands-on technical experience troubleshooting systems (macOS & Windows) and network-related issues like VPN connectivity(GlobalProtect).
Hands-on technical experience in identity and access management(IAM) of various cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, Azure, etc.
Ensures the maintenance, patching, troubleshooting, monitoring, and resolves system incidents, problems, and changes.
Hands-on experience in scripting for macOS and Linux OS to automate the process and deployment with MDM.
Seeking candidates who are open to working night shifts.
