What Will You Do?

Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify key trends, patterns, and insights related to product performance.
Work with Product Managers to define success criteria, instrument events, and track success metrics for product launches.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for organisational success.
Develop and maintain dashboards to communicate insights effectively.
Utilize SQL and Excel/Google Sheets for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and provide data-driven recommendations.

What makes you a match for us? 😍

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics).
3+ years of work experience as a Data Analyst/ Business Analyst/ Product Analyst or similar role.
Proficiency in SQL and Excel/ Google Sheets for data analysis and manipulation.
Experience with modern business intelligence tools such as Looker, Power BI, Tableau, or Sigma.
Experience with Product Analytics tools like Mixpanel, Amplitude etc
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
Self-driven attitude with the ability to take ownership of projects and work independently.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Good-to-Have Skills:

Familiarity with programming languages such as Python and R.
Knowledge of statistical analysis and modelling techniques.
Experience in A/B testing and experimentation.
Previous experience in a B2B product environment is highly valued
