As part of our Business Team, you’ll be our eyes and ears on the ground—working to understand our users’ biggest challenges and wins—so we can integrate this information into our vision for our products. Your mission at Atlan 🏡

Understand the domain, users and technology of the product area(s) in which you work deeply, and proactively understand the broader product.
Listen in on customer calls and conduct user interviews to identify areas of improvement in the product and communicate them effectively to the product team
Collaborate with the Product Manager in defining and enhancing products and features with insights from qualitative and quantitative research
Own the design process end to end - from concepts, user flows and wireframes to visuals, and shipping of the feature and impact validation - and create high-quality deliverables along the way.
Collaborate with the other designers and frontend team to create and maintain reusable design components and tokens, thus contributing to Atlan’s design system, components & asset library.
Spot process inefficiencies and take initiatives to improve the overall product development process at Atlan.
Participate in our design critique sessions and mentor other designers and help them benefit from your expertise and experience
Help improve and evangelize the design culture within Atlan!

What makes you a match for us? 😍

Conceptual understanding of Cloud computing, SaaS and Multi-Tenancy along with experience in defining customer onboarding journeys in the B2B space.
Experience in working with personas internal to the organisation for building tooling to support customer operations.
Familiarity with designing Software licensing tools for managing the cumulative list of products & features purchased by a customer.
Familiarity with building user interfaces for Tenant Management systems for tracking customer tenants across multiple cloud providers.
Experience building B2B marketplace workflows to facilitate product discovery and purchase experience.

As part of the Business Team, you play a pivotal role. You are the voice of our users and inform all the important decisions we make. You will work closely with our users and prospects to understand their pain points and feed this information into our product roadmap.
