What Will You Do?

Conduct in-depth market research and analyze industry trends to create a robust platform strategy and roadmap that aligns with our business objectives.
Collaborate closely with stakeholders from various departments to gather requirements, define product goals, and prioritize features and enhancements.
Forge technical partnerships to leverage cutting-edge technologies and solutions that enhance our platform's capabilities and competitiveness.
Actively engage with customers and prospects to understand their needs, pain points, and feedback, using this valuable insight to drive adoption and improve our platform's capabilities.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to ensure successful product development and launch.

What makes you a match for us? 😍

Proven experience as a Product Manager in building internal platforms & tools along with good user research, design and customer onboarding & journey.
Prior experience building SaaS products & defining customer onboarding journeys in the B2B space.
Experience in working with personas internal to the organisation for building tooling to support customer operations.
Familiarity with Software licensing tools for managing the cumulative list of products & features purchased by a customer.
Familiarity with building Tenant Management systems for tracking customer tenants across multiple cloud providers.
Experience building B2B marketplace workflows to facilitate product discovery and purchase experience.
Conceptual understanding of Cloud computing, SaaS and Multi-Tenancy
