Your Mission at Atlan

Collaborate with internal stakeholders and customers to gather requirements and understand user needs, translating them into clear product specifications and features.
Build a robust strategy by conducting data source research, market research and industry trends.
Understand user flows, take feedback from customers and field and align all these with the product roadmap.
Work closely with engineering teams to plan the development of metadata connectors, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
Champion the user experience and interface design of metadata connectors, collaborating with the design team to create intuitive and efficient workflows.
Work closely with partners and vendors to build differentiating capabilities on the connector ecosystem.
Lead a team of product managers to drive the future state of the metadata connector marketplace.

Rich experience in building global enterprise Data SaaS products
Strong knowledge of modern data stack tools
Breaking down complex problems and bringing clarity to the team
Strong technical background and understanding of metadata connectors, APIs, data integration methodologies, and related technologies.
Working knowledge on building integration with 3rd party tools like Identity Providers, Ticketing systems, Cloud security and networking tools.
Drive product culture and build operating rituals in the team
Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Strong analytics and visualization skills
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Experience

12+ years of overall industry knowledge with at least 5 years of building SaaS products.
A few years of domain knowledge specifically in the field of metadata and data connectors.
5-7 years of product management experience specifically focusing on product vision and strategy.
Leadership experience in managing a team of product managers
