Your Mission at Atlan

Become the Champion of the Data Ecosystem: Lead the development of a thriving marketplace for metadata connectors, enabling seamless integration with any data source, from legacy systems to modern cloud platforms.
Drive Product Vision & Strategy: Define the roadmap for the marketplace, identifying key use cases, conducting market research, and translating user insights into actionable product features.
Deliver Exceptional User Experiences: Design intuitive and efficient workflows for data ingestion and synchronization, ensuring a frictionless experience for all users.
Build a Collaborative Powerhouse: Foster strong relationships with engineering, design, and business teams to ensure seamless execution and alignment with strategic goals.
Shape the Industry: Partner with leading data vendors to expand the connector ecosystem and push the boundaries of data collaboration.
Lead & Inspire: Guide a team of talented product managers, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.

A Seasoned Product Leader: 12+ years of experience building and leading SaaS products, with a strong track record of success.
Data Domain Expertise: Deep understanding of metadata management, data connectors, and the modern data stack.
People Management: Experience in leading a team of product managers.
Strategic Visionary: Ability to translate user needs and market trends into impactful product strategies.
Collaboration: Proven ability to build strong relationships and drive cross-functional collaboration.
Integration Architect: Possess an in-depth understanding of data integration and API complexities, ensuring seamless data flow across diverse ecosystems.
Third-Party Integration Mastery: Demonstrate proven ability to architect and implement integrations with Identity Providers, Ticketing Systems, and Cloud security/networking tools.
