You will help us..

  • Collaborate with the team to post job openings on appropriate platforms and ensure effective promotion of available positions. Monitor and respond to candidate inquiries and maintain communication throughout the hiring process.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring timely and seamless scheduling. Provide necessary interview details to all parties involved and manage any changes or conflicts that may arise.
  • Track and analyze funnel metrics for each role to assess the effectiveness and efficiency of the recruitment process. Provide regular reports on key metrics to the P&E team.
  • Ensure compliance with Lever (or any other ATS) guidelines and maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the system.
  • Assist in various operational tasks within the P&E department to ensure smooth functioning, including but not limited to managing job postings, candidate communication, and document management.
  • Take ownership of assigned tasks and demonstrate a high level of accountability in completing them efficiently and accurately. Proactively follow up on pending items and communicate progress to the P&E team.

  • We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated Recruitment Coordinator/Intern to join our team and support the People & Employment (P&E) department in various aspects of the recruitment process. This role will play a key role in ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process, including funnel metrics analysis, interview scheduling, compliance with our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), and overall operational support.

What makes you a great match?

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in HR and operations, with a desire to gain practical experience in these areas.
  • Basic knowledge of HR processes and employment laws is preferred.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn new tasks and take on additional responsibilities.
