About this Role

As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will be a crucial part of our talent acquisition process, responsible for orchestrating seamless recruitment activities, maintaining candidate pipeline data, and enhancing our overall candidate experience. What Will You Do?

  • Key Focus Areas
  • Interview Coordination and Candidate Communication:
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to schedule interviews efficiently, ensuring a smooth and well-coordinated process.
  • Manage candidate communications, providing them with essential information and facilitating timely feedback.
  • Candidate Pipeline Management and Advancement:
  • Maintain an organized and up-to-date candidate pipeline, tracking their progress through various stages of the recruitment process.
  • Proactively engage with candidates, guiding them through the process and ensuring their progression to the next stages.
  • Data Analysis and Process Enhancement:
  • Analyze candidate pipeline data to identify bottlenecks and suggest strategies for streamlining the interview process.
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to devise methods for fast-tracking qualified candidates and reducing time-to-hire.
  • Reporting and Analytics:
  • Take ownership of reporting for the Talent Acquisition function, generating hiring reports and metrics for business stakeholders.
  • Provide insights into recruitment trends, candidate demographics, and other relevant data points.
  • Talent Acquisition Support
  • Work collaboratively with the recruitment team, hiring managers, and cross-functional partners to ensure a cohesive and efficient recruitment process.
  • Contribute to team meetings by sharing insights, best practices, and ideas for process improvements.

What Makes you a Match?

  • Previous experience as a Recruitment Coordinator in a fast-paced workplace, with a track record of successfully elevating the overall recruiting operations with a focus on candidate & interviewer experience.
  • A strong team player with a high level of ownership and accountability.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with candidates, team members, and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated experience in preparing and presenting hiring reports to business stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in operations management, capable of handling multiple candidates concurrently and driving them through the hiring process efficiently.
  • Experience in a tech-driven or startup environment is a plus.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
  • Understanding of diversity and inclusion best practices in recruitment.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a dynamic and evolving organization.
