ALERTS Alert BI users when there is an upstream data failure 
Proactively alert BI users of potential problems with their reports. 
🔄 Tasks
- Calculate lineage for each output in each report, per BI tool, back through its data sources.
- Collect statuses for each pipeline that has produced that lineage.
- Push data pipeline statuses for each report to the BI tool.
- Ingest statuses into the BI tool. The BI tool user now knows immediately if there are any issues in the source data’s pipeline.
